Our Community Connector team can assist you with referrals, applications, and enrollments into various benefits and resources.

Customers can access benefits and programs such as SNAP, Apple Health, Seattle Utility Discount Program, ORCA Lift, housing services, employment/education support, and more.

U-District Street Medicine
