A note about online newsletters: All online newsletters through March 2002 are in HTML format, viewable in your web browser. Starting with June 2002, newsletters are in RTF format, which is viewable in virtually any word processor/editor. Many of you using Microsoft Windows will notice that RTF documents are actually opened within the browser.
Beginning with Spring 2004, newsletters are in PDF format, viewable with the free Adobe Reader (click here to download Adobe Reader).
